By doing litigation work, advocating, and educating the public, LDF fights for structural changes in our democracy. LDF's mission is to eliminate disparities and to achieve racial justice and equity in our society. LDF has a history of 75 years of protecting civil rights for Black communities and improving the quality and diversity of judicial and executive appointments.
