Thank you so much for checking out our shop and supporting this fundraising initiative.
Most of our shirts and other clothing products are made to pre-order. Because we make designs that are one of a kind, we put up the pre-orders for up to four weeks, and take them down after. We may leave up a product longer if there is demand, but in general you will see different designs throughout the year.
After pre-orders end, please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks for shipping. We are a two person operation and want to make sure everything is of the highest quality. We use high quality and ethical garments.
Because all of the proceeds are donated to nonprofit organizations, there are no refunds. We are able to process exchanges if there are errors on our end, and if there are issues with the products. If we mail you the wrong size/item, you have 30 days to contact us.
Once orders are shipped, we will provide you with tracking information, so please make sure the email addresses are correct.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are shipped. We do insure our packages up to a point on our end, but if you have an issue, please contact the post office.
